Two weeks back at home now and I am still reminiscing of my adventures in Basilicata. Matera is a city where the old meets the older. The Sassi is the ancient city with its strange and beautiful architecture  (as seen below!) eventually merging into the “new” part of town with its charming more traditional Italian look. Hi babydolls! There is still much to be shared from my recent Italian adventure on behalf of Can’t Forget It{lay}. On our third day we made our way to Polilno, a beautiful nature preserve in the Basilicata region. In its deep greens and rich reds it’s bursting with natural life.
