Funny enough I used to not like the color red at all…but lately I have totally fallen for its allure! I feel like everything I’m lusting after lately is in shades of cherry and wine…Above roses at the Hotel Costes floral shop.
My new Paul Smith Men Only patent leather dress shoes.
Frassy Rags ring, a gift from Audrey! (and a vintage necklace)
Men’s top hat in burgundy from Les Canotiers du Marais.
New motorcycle boots gifted to me by Beryl!
So many new wardrobe additions I am dying to share! But next time will be pics from Madrid! Until then see you on facebook, tumblr, and twitter!

There are not many people who look good in red, but you certainly do!..
Red is such a wonderful colour! Glad that you are now like the colour yourself.

I love all these red additions-it’s my favorite color, and I’m almost always wearing red!
Looks gorgeous, I love that deep colour, it’s wonderful! Have a beautiful weekend doll xo
When I was in high school, probably junior or senior year, I narrowed down my wardrobe to black and white with splashes of red. It honestly made dressing super simple, and really made a statement in high school when people turned up in sweatpants all the time…so red has always been my secret power color even though I understand playing with color and texture so much more now
Nice hat !
love the red boots!
Nice pictures !!
Tes motardes rouge sont superbe, comme ton blog et tes photos une tres belle découverte!

Those red patent shoes are particularly fine!
I have read your blog several times and thought I should finally comment. Your blog is always beautiful, always interesting. It even inspired me to have the courage to write my own. Thanks!
I am dying for that burgundy top hat! It looks fantastic on you!
You have wonderful pictures! I was surprised to have read that you did not like the color red before! That is just mind-boggling for me because many people love red, however, that was your choice. Glad to see that you are digging the color now. In fact, I’m wearing red ha. I love your picture with your burgundy hat on, very chic.
Oh my gosh, I could leave a million comments about every thing, however all I want to say right this moment is I have never met another Beryl in my life! I like her already for the awesome red boots she gave you!
Oh my !!! How do I buy these boots. I don’t understand french and don’t know how to order these?? ANy help?? Pretty please
Haleigh,
Yes, deep shades of red can be so striking when added to a wardrobe. I just bought a beautiful crimson red sweater last weekend and am so excited to wear it.
I love that shot of you in the burgundy top hat-très belle.
Mandy
That top hat is pure perfection – I’ll check that store out when I go to Paris in December.
