Hi there baby dolls, just taking the quick couple minutes that I have this morning to post these pictures taken on Pont Alexandre III. The winter has been so cold and grey, and I try not to complain as I feel lucky to live in Paris but it’s really taking it’s toll on me. I have been sick for about two weeks now and can’t seem to shake it off, as the cold and the stress of business travel are keeping me under very grey weather. Means that now I gotta run catch a train to London this morning for a meeting in the afternoon, then fly from London to Geneva this evening overnight and work all day tomorrow in Geneva and head back on the train getting home late tomorrow night, this with an angry ear infection and the need to be in Paris to take care of banking issues, apartment renovations, and immigration appointments. Business travel sounds glamorous but I assure you, it really is not. Already can’t wait to be home tomorrow night. I hope you are all taking care of yourselves! Sorry to be such a negative downer, but hey I guess that’s real life. Hope you like the pictures even though they look quite gloomy, and sorry no time for a song today…

I am wearing Betsey Johnson coat, Valentino blouse, COS lace top, vintage sequin pants, Topshop boots and headband, and Chanel purse and scarf. My outfit was inspired by some looks from What Would Karl Do (such a fashionista!). Also I discovered after taking these photos the other day that recently Alice Les Métamorphoses took some very lovely pictures on the Pont Alexandre III as well so do visit her post, as well as all the other links in my Blog Friends, Obsessions, and Top Commenters lists to the left! Wishing you all the health I am currently lacking! Cheers for now…
P.S. Stalk my Facebook fan page, Twitter, and Bloglovin’ for very timely updates or just for fun!

I love le pont Alexandre III, and it is close to my flat
Beautiful images…I love a moody vibe especially in such a spectacular location. I also love the way the Eiffel Tower is almost a lovely soft afterthought in the background…tres jolie! The closeups of the architectural detail on the bridge is my favorite though…wonderful designs! Good luck with all your travels…here’s wishing you speedy health!
Cheers!
