Hi babydolls! Sometimes it’s hard to find the balance between work and play. Lately in life I feel like there is no line to draw between the two. I am doing what I love and loving what I do: running around the city in coats and crinolines on errands with Emilie, cameras in tow playing muse for one another when we stop and feel inspired, work chat over mid fashion week lunches at Mamie Gateau with Valentine, setting up photo shoots for new projects and wrapping up work days with evenings drinking minty cocktails in Oberkampff. By a little chance and lots of work I try to step back often and realize I am living my dream, days like these make it ever more clear to me…

Photos with and of Emilie and Valentine outside the Kenzo show, at Mami Gateau, Le Kitch, chez moi, et Aux Deux Amis. If you want to know what any of the girls are wearing just ask in the comments! I must say again however this green beret was my mom’s in the 70′s and has been getting lots of wardrobe love from both Emilie and I! Such an amazing piece. See you around on facebook, tumblr, and twitter!

The thing I really love about your blog – even though I myself am not a fashionista nor do I usually read blogs – is that you somehow manage to really live your dream. I know there must be ups and downs in your life as well, but you somehow always swallow the bitter pill and wash it off with a fancy cocktail
Dreams coming true doesn’t just happen, you have to work for it and watching you do it is always a pleasure. Keep it up :*
Thank you so much! I am delighted that you see a more unique story I am trying to tell here beyond just “What I wore”. It means a lot to me to know something more is shining through
Valentine’s headscarf is AMAZING!

Love it! The green beret is gorgeous ^^ Tell your mom <3 You living your dreams is great for us all – it inspires me to do things I actually want to do. No kidding… ^^
looks like you girls are living the dream…and when I wished for that beautiful beret (which was way too expensive) as a 12-year old to go with my green coat with shiny gold buttons…my wish was granted on Christmas morning and of course i never dreamed it would be living in Paris one day with my beautiful haleigh…making magique and dreams come true!
Mamie Gateaux is one of my other favorite places. HALEIGH. We need to have tea parties.
Wah ! Vous êtes toutes superbes !
So lovely pictures!! You all look so fabulous. The 11th picture is great, you are such a beauty!
I’m asking just because they became our favorite drinks at Paris…
We went a lot to Le Kitch last summer with my friends. Are you possibly drinking Shrek in those pictures?
Oh you all looked fantastic, I are the photos, so fun and natural!

I want to know about those kinky red/white spectators! You and I don’t wear the same size, but if they are in stores, I want them!
I keep hearing about Mami Gateau! I will have to visit there for some great pastry and café au lait the next time I’m à Paris.
Hi Mary! Those shoes will be available to buy online February 15th! They will be on the blog again so you will know when you can get a pair! They are in all sizes XOXO
Love this post!!! You radiate happiness!

I’ve been reading your blog for a few months but never took time to leave a comment. Anyway, your blog is very inspiring, it’s always a pleasure to read you!
Your blog is a delight. Undoubtedly my all-time favorite. I’m always so eager to see new posts, when there aren’t I browse all the archives and keep looking over and over again..

I also love your choice of music. If someday you could recommend us some bands/artists or make some playlists, that would be greatly appreciated

Im a new reader of your blog. Actually I just found it today. But Im sure that I will return. Paris is my favorit city of all, and one day I know I will live there again.. untill that day I just might pop in at your blog, to remember it properly.
one thing I do wonder: what are you doing in Paris, apart from living..?
Hi Ponni! I do many things…my career is working in marketing at a digital strategist and community manager. But I work many freelance opportunities in fashion, photography, film making, and some entrepreneurial projects. I work 8 days a week
